Include the product category, stack, and constraints when they matter:

If results are weak

Try adding:
  • framework or language: nextjs, python, swift, rust
  • product category: starter, template, sdk, library, reference app
  • deployment or license constraints: self-hosted, open source, MIT
  • integration nouns: stripe, supabase, oauth, postgres

Avoid

  • vague queries like best app or cool repo
  • implementation tasks like write a login page
  • asking Reposeek to explain a repo’s API after you have already selected it
